Last updated: 27 April 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the High-Signal Hiring tools at highsignalhiring.com and its subdomains (the "Service"), operated by Swipe Talent Partners Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is a suite of AI-powered tools designed for founders and operators, including the Hiring Risk Diagnostic, the Mission Builder, the Hiring Loop Builder, and related assets. Each tool uses third-party large-language-model technology (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate structured outputs based on the inputs you provide.
3. Access and Eligibility
- The Service is accessed via a unique access token issued after purchase. You are responsible for keeping that token confidential. Anyone with the token can use the Service against your purchase.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- The Service is intended for business use by founders, operators, and hiring teams. It is not directed to consumers acting outside the scope of their trade or business.
4. Payment
- Purchases are processed by ThriveCart, our third-party payment processor. We do not see, store, or process your card details on our infrastructure.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added where required.
- All sales are final, subject to the refund policy in section 5 and to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day satisfaction refund. If within 14 days of purchase you decide the tool is not what you expected, email support@highsignalhiring.com with your order reference and we will issue a refund.
This is in addition to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which include guarantees that goods and services are of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose for which they are sold.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Generate content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' tokens, or the underlying infrastructure.
- Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, malware, or content designed to deceive.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, system prompts, or underlying logic of the Service.
- Use automated means to bypass rate limits or to bulk-generate outputs.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as your own product.
- Use the Service to generate content that impersonates a real person without their consent.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses third-party AI models. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
- You are responsible for reviewing every output before acting on it or sharing it.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any AI-generated content for a particular purpose.
- Outputs must not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
- Your inputs and outputs. You retain ownership of the information you input into the Service and of the structured outputs generated for you (Snapshots, Mission Briefs, Hiring Loops, and similar deliverables). You grant us a limited licence to process this content as needed to operate the Service.
- Our methodology and platform. The Service itself, including its design, code, system prompts, brand, and underlying methodology, is owned by Swipe Talent Partners Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
- Third-party AI models. The AI models powering the Service are provided by Anthropic under their own terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for hiring decisions you make on the basis of any output. Hiring is your decision and your responsibility.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, security work, or events beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for downtime.
12. Termination
We may suspend or revoke your access token at any time for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may retain your information for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to recent purchasers and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
